Fresh Living gets healthy

After the extended overindulgence of the festive season, Fresh Living puts the spotlight on healthy dishes. From wholesome meals that taste as good as they look, an eating plan specially formulated by Fresh Living food editor Anke Roux and Pick n Pay’s resident dietitian, Teresa Harris, to juicy inside information on how readers can eat their skin gorgeous (really!), the Feb issue offers loads of feel-good info on how to shed unwanted kilos and keep them off.

For those a little less concerned about dropping a dress size we’ve got our usual smattering of delicious dinners such as how to master the art of green chicken and prawn curry, brilliant eggy breakfast options, freezer-friendly dishes and a lusciously romantic Valentine’s spread – all of which maximise use of Pick n Pay products.

As an ode to cupid and SA’s many vibrant creeds, we’ve also included a non-foodie piece that showcases how five couples tied the knot according to their different cultural beliefs.

The February supplement, which is bagged with every mag, is called “At your service” and features shopping, banking, travelling and entertaining services available at Pick n Pay.

Here’s to staying healthy and happy!
